Pipeclay Annual Dinner & Dance - Speaker: Jeff Sengelman

Join us for the seventh Pipeclay Dinner Dance at the RACV Club on Friday, 9th October 2015. We welcome all Pipeclay Club Members, RACV Club members, Defence personnel, Defence Reserves Association members and their guests.

MAJGEN Jeff Sengelman DSC AM CSC
Special Operations Commander Australia

Major General Jeff Sengelman DSC AM CSC graduated from the Officer Cadet School Portsea in 1980.

He has seen extensive service in the Army and has undertaken a range of appointments both in Defence and on operations.

He took up his current position as Special Operations Commander Australia in December 2014.

The Chatham House rule will apply.

Entertainment

Entertainment is provided by a jazz ensemble of the Australian Army Band Melbourne (Reserves).

Dress

Dress is Black Tie and miniatures or Mess Dress and miniatures.

Cost

The cost of the evening is $101 per person for a three course meal and beverages:

• Entree: Prawn cocktail, avocado mousse, mango jelly, sorrel leaves
• Main Course: Black Angus eye fillet, wild mushroom, caramelised oxtail ragout, truffled pearl barley, jus
• Desert: Japanese citrus and strawberry tart, crispy meringue, ginger emulsion
